as my return to work draws near, i'm savoring leisurely, playful mornings, the newly discovered (i know!) food network, cruising blogs, and making lunch at home. of course, I am also savoring my 24/7 petra. she's now curled up in her sling.

petra is becoming...

smiley, playful, a self-regulator, chubby and she hums talky sounds every once in a while. furthermore, she is truly a traditional baby, not just a mature fetus. it's amazing to see her develop by the day. ed and i feel like we're waking up to plumper apricot cheeks and fuller Peanuts character arms every morning.
